My name is Mara Gouge. I am 28 years old. I grew up in a
Christian home in Northern Illinois. My mom led me to Christ
when I was 5 years old, and since then I have come to know Him
as my all in all. I have been married 8 years to my best friend,
Michael, whom I met in college. He is now the Associate Pastor
of Student and Family Ministry at Pinecrest Baptist Church. We
have two wonderful daughters. Makiya is 6 years old and in 1st
grade at Kirby. Alysabeth is 4 years old and one of Mrs. Lana's
Loyal Lambs. I have been teaching children in church programs
for over 6 years. Two years ago I taught a 2 year old class at a
preschool in Fort Worth. Most recently, I was a kindergarten aide
for Mrs. Jill. I also have a Bachelors degree in Christian
Ministries/Intercultural Studies form Southwest Baptist University
in Bolivar, MO. That's a little about me. I can't wait to meet you!
